Does anyone out there have a Keefer Intonatic model trumpet? I bought one this year and found it to be a great horn and the best that I have ever played from the Keefer company. Very good intonation and probably the largest bore they ever made at 0.462". So far, I have only met one other person who has one. From the serial number of over 30000, likely one of the last trumpets they ever made.
I have owned many Keefer trumpets over the years, including a few Keefer-Williams models, but this one outplays them all. I would love to hear about other players experiences with them and find out if there were any more made.
