We are very excited to share our newest line of PATRICK Mouthpieces, the "Pops" series!
Our new "Pops" series mouthpieces have been developed as an efficient and higher compression classical design to be used for classical pops selections on Bb trumpet, or as a perfect fit for high horns like Eb and piccolo trumpet. The rim contour on the Pops mouthpieces is a new design to the PATRICK line, and is slightly more cushioned than our classical mouthpieces. The cup shape is a medium bowl that lends itself perfectly to these playing environments.
Our one-piece models feature a classical blank, and are paired with our classical back-bore with a 27 drill.
Our two-piece models feature a commercial blank with a 28 drill. *These tops are designed to work best with our commercial back-bore*
Before adding these to our line, the new “Pops” series mouthpieces have been extensively play tested in the recording studio for film and video game sessions as well as on stage for orchestral pops concerts. We are very excited to add this design to our catalog as we feel they add another tool to be used by today’s actively working commercial trumpet player.
These can now be found on our web-store, and will be available for delivery within the next 6-8 weeks!

Maybe it's the isolation getting to me due to everything being shut down for COVID-19, but I feel like you missed the opportunity to make a really lame subtle joke by calling them "Tops of the Pops". _________________ Chris King

Could you tell me the inner and outer rim diameter of your 15 Pops top please. I can’t find any reference to size 15 on your site.
I currently use a Warburton 9M/7 so would like to see how the 15 would compare.
Thanks,
Rich |
