I am assuming that, at this point, there will be no BE Book II coming out. Yet, I am curious, considering Jeff's vast experience as a teacher, what he would follow up Book I with.
I can grab a handful of books and exercises, myself, but am interested in how they're prioritized and how these exercises are grouped, based on Jeff's experience.
