If you paint racing stripes on it you can play faster.

Now now folks, lets stem the bashing. Granted Harrelson's ideas are unorthodox at best, but none of us have ever played them (I assume). And we all must admit, this one definitely looks much better than his initial experiments.

Bashing aside, I think some of the bracing makes it look as though it was made by HYUNDAI

Eric - that is some smooth bashing... they hyundai of trumpets huh?

I have to agree that that is his best scroll work yet - he still really needs to lose the bell stuff...

you know if he would have started out without the bell stuff and only modified professional level horns, he may have a different rep around here... I never heard of Malone modifing a student yamaha...

Got Marketing?

Who was bashing? I think you are the one bashing Japle's idea. How do you know what he says isn't true, have you ever played one with racing stripes?

I've come to this conclusion, J. Harrelson can modify trumpets out of whatever he pleases, be it Bundys or Monettes, and if they play well, then... well great! However, speaking as a pilot, does a trumpet really need wings?
