So, my daughter is the trumpet player, not me, so assume I know absolutely nothing. She has been searching for an inexpensive beat up trumpet to paint for a decoration for her room. Long story short, after looking at a few yard sales I picked one up today. The problem is, it’s gorgeous. It has beautiful engravings and mother of pearl buttons. Now keep in mind it is in rough shape. It probably hasn’t been cleaned or serviced in years. On one of the tubes attached to the buttons has a number stamped in it. I don’t know if it is a serial number. It is 134121. The horn itself has beautiful floral or fleur designs. It also has Cursive

I see lots on George Bundy but barely anything on Leo Bundy.
Is it paint worthy? Or is it worth something? I don’t mind getting it appraised somewhere if it’s worth it. But I don’t want to spend a bunch of money appraising a yard sale find for nothing.
I don’t know how to add pictures so if someone wants me to include pictures, please Tel me how.
Thank you so much!!![/img] _________________ Learning kore about music... |

George is abbreviated as Geo. on the Bundy line of instruments.
The G is rather fancy and could be mistaken for an L. |
