For C trumpet either a Bach 1.5c 24/24 or a Curry 3BC.
For Bb orchestral a Curry 1.5c

I have also gotten some interesting MPs with used horns recently that I've taken to. A Marcinkiewicz E5 Shew 2 which works great for lead stuff, and a Bach New York 7DW of all things with is working nicely for small jazz stuff. Seems to really click with the Committee.

My favorite for the past two years has been my 1964 Back 7c, which I had gold plated. I also enjoy my Stork Vacc 2c.

The two I use the most are a Zottola 66B and a Muck 14M. Both give me the tone I like and have comfortable cushion rims. For cornet, I have a 1940s Trump Glitterite that has been recently refinished.

For quite a few years:

Marcinkiewicz Claude Gordon Personal #20 Drill
Marcinkiewicz Claude Gordon Personal #22 Drill
Monette Prana XLT LN Model

I have found these three mouthpieces to be wonderful for my unique physiology.

My Yamaha 14B4

I consider it a Bach 3C with more sizzle and an easier upper register. It's semi-warm if I back off but will switch into "Turbo mode" when pushed.

Schilke Faddis heavyweight. Comfortable rim, plenty of support while being free-blowing, enormous sound.

Original Purviance 8 cut for sleeves. If I had to pick one mouthpiece to play for the rest of my life, it'd be this one. Comfortable, in-tune, efficient enough to play lead all night, but decent enough tone to play almost anywhere. My personal unicorn.

Stork Vacchiano 4C25C and 4D+25C

Stork's 4 rim is unlike the other Stork rims in that it has a decent bite and it's the closest to a Bach 5 rim which is where I'm most comfortable. I think Stork has really hit the nail on the head with their Vacchiano C/V combination cup shape. It has the best of both worlds, the penetrative power and efficiency of a V cup with the round clarity and distinct articulation of a C cup. Easily my favorite orchestral mouthpieces that I've used throughout the years.

I only use them on C trumpet because it's not the sound I go for on Bb and I haven't had the chance to try them on an Eb/D trumpet yet but I imagine they'll work great for that.

I recently purchased a Pickett 5C/#CS/25 which I've been enjoying mostly because of the C trumpet specific backbore which really does make a positive, noticable difference but the rim is too round for my taste.

I'm playing (and really liking) Lotus mpcs in the 3 size rim. The M and the L2 (in brass) are working really good for me. Have a XL2 in bronze, and a XS in nickel for opposite ends of my playing needs. Picked up a FL3L in brass
Was playing Monette Classic Resonance before that, and Wedge before that, Stomvi, GR, and too many others beyond all of the aforementioned.
I'd like to finally get off my 20+ year safari, so fingers crossed....

I didn't play trumpet in high school (I was raised on clarinet), but my standard go-to mouthpiece is a Bach 7C. I picked up a 3C a couple of years ago, but the rim feels too wide and too thick to feel comfortable to me.

My horn is a 1959 Selmer K-mod, and it came with a rather strange mouthpiece. It has a number 4 embossed on it, but it's very big for a trumpet mouthpiece -- almost like something designed for a trombone player. I keep it as a curiosity, but I never use it.

I like the idea of gold-plating the 7C. Was it expensive?

Bob Reeves 43s for any commercial/jazz work - absolutely perfect. Shallow, but with just enough bite for some control.

Old, worn out Bach 3C from high school that I still play on my Bb for concert band lit.

Old, nasty Buesher cornet mouthpiece

For C and Eb trumpet I love the Denis Wick American Classic 1.25C. Super deep and taxing, but wow. What a sound.
