Getting a teacher is best.
I think I have a decent idea as to what is "off." The solution, in general, is to keep trying to make beautiful sounds, keep the chops very fresh, breathe well, and don't worry about it.
Especially keep the chops fresh. If I had to suggest something, I would say to make sure your response/articulation hasn't declined or your flexibility (I suspect they will have a little if my idea is correct). Get those back up to speed and it should fall in line. |

I would say to relax. Get your head out of it. Most importantly do not lessen your breath support!
Lower your tongue and tank up. Stay hydrated.
Also be sure there’s no small air leaks going on. A leaky horn is tough in the low registers, while being fine when playing higher _________________ a few different ones |

Relaxing the embouchure is the first thing that I would try.
Secondly, try playing pedal tones, notes that are below the normal range of the trumpet. The act of playing pedal tones encourages a relaxing of the embouchure and promotes a correct placement of the lips on the mouthpiece. Once you produce big fat notes in pedal tones, without changing the position of your lips on the mouthpiece, try starting with C and play down chromatically to low F#.
One other thing to consider, if your lips are swollen, playing in the low register can be difficult.
Warm regards,
