This would screw up anyone. You need a sensible practice routine.

Yeah. My teacher was an avid free/mouthpiece buzzer but never advocated for more than a few minutes per day before moving to the horn. And for some students even light buzzing wasn't productive. _________________ "I'm an engineer, which means I think I know a whole bunch of stuff I really don't."
