CD or LP? Tom Stevens recorded the Hummel concerto with the Los Angeles Philharmonic in 1974, London Records # CS6967. I thought there might be a CD recording available through Crystal Records, but apparently not.

I'm not sure about this.... here's an ebay listing showing the record cover with the 6967. This is the Philharmonic Solo record.
I have this record and it doesn't have Hummel on it. Only Haydn (By Stevens....

Thanks for the catch, DH. I got the information about the London LP from OP's listing of Hummel concerto recordings on OJ's Trumpet Page. Your eBay reference is correct. I tried to send a correction to O.J.'s email address, but it was bounced back as undeliverable. In the meantime, I did some more searching for a Hummel concerto recording by Thomas Stevens, but so far I haven't found one.
