I'm finding this out regularly! I really find great personal benefit and joy in playing all of my instrument voices, so I will continue to utilize the tools necessary for the situation. I will, however, deploy my cornet whenever I can justify the use. As Principal in most of the situations that I perform in, that desire is a little more easily fulfilled, but we always answer to other tastes and requirements. Music is, after all is said and done, a listener's art!
Life is Short, find the Joy in it!
