I had a fun an enlightening vacation to Ecuador last week, but I brought back something I had not intended. I woke up Sunday morning feeling a bit "funny" but that was it. It was during the international flight to Panama that I started to feel like I was not going to be able to hold anything in during the flight. When I got to the airport in Panama, I was marginally better, but then from Panama to the USA I felt awful again. I had to breathe like my life depended on it for 9 hours of international flights. I've never been sick on a flight before and I hope I never experience that again. _________________ Please join me as well at:

I did one trip from Shanghai to SFO where I had a serious flu. Fortunately the urgent purges started after I got home. I didn’t eat for three to four days. It also reset my salt tolerance. Any salt was too much.
And then there was the trip back from Akron to SFO when I had a severe head cold. The pain from the pressure change was unbelievable. This was the first time the Lowry technique worked. I normally couldn’t push through the pain when performing it, but in this case the Lowry technique was infinitely less painful. |
