What Yamaha? Yamaha makes everything from beginners' trumpets to high-end trumpets which are used in major orchestras everywhere. _________________ "If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn." Bird

At my age, and all the collecting I have been doing, all I gotta do is go to the back of my store room. I find stuff I forgot I had, so a new trumpet anytime I feel the need, now. I just found a Mendez I forgot about! _________________ huntman10

Sort of a "50 First Dates" condition, huh? I get it, man. I'm right there, too.

People gonna need a little more information about your horn and your playing in order to give some advice. If it’s an actual Yamaha trumpet in working condition then the answer is probably that you’re fine. Modern Yamaha horns tend to be quite good quality, even their cheaper models. But at this point that’s just guessing. _________________ 1975 Olds Recording trumpet
