My wife and I will finally be moving into our new home in the LA area this weekend and I am really looking forward to pulling my horns out of the moving pods and putting in some time getting my lip and fingers back in shape.
I find practicing etudes and exercises to be very helpful, but I really don’t enjoy the sessions. So I was thinking that it would be nice to get charts from shows and learning the parts. I could treat it almost as the old music minus one.
Does anyone know of ways I can find the parts to read? I am willing to rent/lease/buy the parts, but just have no idea where to start. |
