Is there a mouthpiece out there that is in between a Bach 5C and Bach 3C? I heard Pickett has some great options for customizations but I am not too familiar with how those measurements compare to standard Bach mouthpiece.

Anything helps!

You're asking about a .641. Not sure you're going to find one. You might need to ask several of the mouthpiece makers if they'll custom make one for you. Maybe someone else knows of one. I don't.

The Monette silver series 6 is just a little smaller than a 3C, at .650”. Not sure how that compares to a modern 5C, but it is a very nice all-round mouthpiece.

GR makes a .640 series.

Monette has mouthpieces with .640 and .643 inner rim diameters.

The Bach specs for the 3C and the 5C, O.642 and 0.640 are not useful for comparing them with the measurements of other brands, so a GR 0.641 will probably be much smaller than the Bach 5C. A matter of different measurement methods. Probably the same with Monette.
Better look in the direction of Yamaha 14C4, 14 B4 or even 13B4 and 13C4.
The 14B4 and 14C4 are just a bit smaller than the Bach 3C, the 13B4 will be just a bit bigger than the 5C, the 13C4 may be about the same size as the 5C but probably will feel some bigger because of the easier rim.
Personally love the 14C4.

Here are measurements of some very popular Bach mouthpieces by Laskey,
Curry, and Schilke.
As you can see, Bach widths are very far from accurate.
These correct measurements have been also correlated by other manufacturers.

Honestly, you could probably try different 3Cs and 5Cs and find something in between. I have a large letters Bachs, small letters Bachs, Blessings, and Jupiter 3Cs. They all feel different....even the Bachs.

The Bach 4C is one of the greatest mouthpieces ever conceived. It just hasn't been made yet.

As others have said in this thread, rim diameter measurements are at best a basic guideline. I agree that different makers measure the rim diameter at different spots and since a trumpet rim has a shape (unlike a washer for a bolt which is easy to measure the diameter), how it "feels" to the player is, obviously, the most important.

My take on rim measurements is outlined here:
https://stomvi-usa.com/rim-size-reality-a-common-sense-approach/

I hope this is of interest...

You mean find one that works, regardless of what it says? What a concept.

I have found that Curry mouthpieces tend to run ever so slightly smaller than their Bach counterparts. I tend to play larger sizes like 1-1/2 or 1-1/4, but this has been true for both of those. Maybe try a Curry 3C through Mouthpiece Express? They have a trial period, so you can see for yourself.

Check out Jim New's S4MD on his comparator. Looks a tad smaller than a 5C and a little larger than a 3C. If you email him, he can offer some advice. And his prices are great.

I would look at the Hammond 5 and 6 series.

Pickett makes a 4 diameter that might be what you're looking for.

They measure it at .655

I think Pickett's sizes match up fairly closely with Bach's, although the two companies measure their cups at different spots (which explains the discrepancies).
