One of the most interesting (and enjoyable) ways I've found to build endurance can be found on pages 50-51 in Book 3 of Matt Fronke's "Taming the Beast" (available from https://qpress.ca/

It's his transcription in D of Ravel's "Bolero" which Fronke plays along with a Boston Symphony recording.

Takes 15 minutes and you definitely feel the burn.

Oh, come on. Admit it. The time just passes quickly 'cause you keep thinking of Bo Derek.

😂 Actually, I do think of her and the time I was with a television crew at O’Hare and tried to hustle us a ride into the city with a limo and the back window slid down and there she was - tiny and gorgeous, cornrows and all. Alas, she smiled and said “Sorry, we’re waiting for someone.”
