The Music Lesson , by Victor Wooten.
I have read the first chapter of this book and I love it.
It is a different approach, with less weight on mechanics and more on spirituality.
It is in line with Kenny Weeler's book Effortless Mastery?
But do you think it is a path that works in the real world?

I don't know about Wooten's book, but Keny Wheeler's stuff is just warmed-over New Age philosophy. For me, I get more from reading the original sources. And yes, that approach can work.
