Staying fit and healthy !
Have already scheduled several annual physical and health checkups, colonoscopy, vision exam, etc.
Already met with my financial advisor ... reviewing stretegies. Discussions with partners, and-so-forth.

- Practicing more
- Practicing consistently
- Going back to fundamentals during practice (i.e. working long tones, lip flexibilities)
- Get actually good at improvisation
Oh, yeah, and working out and eating healthy

You are on the right track
Sadly, my hectic life has made it tough to allow ample time for practicing.
Additionally, I play many other instruments. I have to spread my time judiciously among them.

Staying healthy is a must, we really need to invest with our health. What are you ways in staying fit?

A follow-up ....
Have had most of the physical and health exams.
ALL VERY GOOD results.
I need glasses, for the first time in my life. Not unexpected.
A couple more visits: for hearing-loss (tinnitus) ... and, a sports medical specialist (old torn meniscus, from skiing, and apparent pelvis fracture from falling out of a tree).
Could be worse.
