Someone have experiences with the standard and medium backbores from Greg Black? It seems that the medium backbores are more open and free blowing than the standard ones. So for instance the 4M feels moren open than the standard 4bb. I have a medium backbore to try out and am curious what the differences are in comparison with the standard one. |

I haven't seen a Greg Black 4M backbore. There's a 4*O and a 4. Are those the ones? |

This is from Greg Black's website:
Standard throat bore on all Modular Backbores is a #27
Modular Backbores are available in two weights, Regular and Medium.
So the "M" refers to the weight, not the size of the BB. |

Okay thanks, I thought it had also to do with a more open throat, but as I understand now it's only about the weight. |
