Hello
Real stupid question...
I had a stick of chopsaver in my pocket during a long outdoor gig a couple weeks back and it melted and hasn't rehardened yet. Anyone know how to fix it?

Get a new one?

Learn for the future.

Also, it's not winter, do you really need lip balm?

toss it in the freezer?

Don't get Blistex - bad for your chops.

I haven't had that issue, it must have been really hot. Just a general habit for me is to not have things in my pockets when playing.. I have a pouch that I carry chopsaver, valve oil, slide grease, Tylenol, etc... it's either in my trumpet case or on the floor at the base of the music stand.
Then I usually have 2 or 3 open, one in the car, one in the case, one that I carry. I don't use it all the time, maybe twice a day, but I'm never far from one.
