My horn is starting to develop some pitting on the 2nd valve - anything to do to stop it? It's only 6 yrs. old

Clean really well with Simple Green and switch to Hetman #1 Light Piston valve oil. Swab the leadpipe and mpc weekly and keep the piston well oiled. If that doesn't stop the pitting, then you'll probably need to have the replated.

You need to clean the horn really well and keep it spotless.
