Echo cornets are fairly rare and expensive. Most of the companies in the late 1800's made them. Most of the ones on Ebay are cheap junk.

I just bought an CD of Digby Fairweather, a british jazz cornet player in the 80's, playing one. It is actually a very good disk, and it is interesting to hear him switching between the Echo and standard bell.

This one is Indian, looks to good to be true and is.

A good echo cornet can be a dream to play, this wouldn't be.
