yeah I saw that one too...................my guess is that it was re-lacquered with gold tint lacquer for it lacks the elaborate engravings found on gold plated Conns of that vintage. The rotary valve lowers the pitch to A.
I have a 22B from the same vintage, 1926. It looks identical, even the engraving. A nice player, even though the valves are worn.
BTW, have a look at the mouthpieces - that Bach alone could be worth the starting bid. Never knew Bach made a Glantz model. _________________ All the best
