I have an old Model 60 K-Modified Selmer Paris and would like some opinions on it's current value. It is serial # 26XXX and was manufacatured in 1961 according to Selmer customer service. It has a 1st valve trigger, all the slides and valves work great. It has some dents in it and the finish is not too great - not pretty to look at but it is a good playing horn. Has a lot of nice engraving on the bell. It is a real nice sounding and easy to play horn. A friend of mine suggested getting it gold plated and using it for jazz but I've got too many horns. I had thought about selling it to help fund a piccolo but have no idea of it's value.
All comments appreciated. |

I found this on google.
http://www.oberloh.com/sales/trumpets.htm
$950, $700, $750.
Scroll down 1/4 to see the trumpet.
I think it depends on what condition the trumpet is in.
