Some forums give percentage points to their posters. If someone breaks the rules of the forum they lose points. If they lose enough points they are either suspended or banned.
http://www.corvetteforum.com is one such forum. What is interesting is that all can see who has lost or gained points. Troublemakers are easy to recognise. I realize that the formatting of this forum may not allow for the same type of system here. But those more intelligent than myself could find a way to make it work.

Ummm... could we possibly give demerits for pwipodb (posting while in possession of dawg breath)? If that could be arranged ummmm... the Spankster needs one for every post he's made.
