There must be a lot of people out there who'll respond to this crap.

"For the User Agreement, Section 9, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services to you if we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our users or us. We may also take these actions if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.
We recently noticed one or more attempts to buy products with your VISA Card. However, if you did not , please visit VISA web page as soon as possible to secure your service detailles.

This is one of many suspicious order attempts :

Yup, they will suck some people in on this.

However, the incorrect English should be a clue to the wary.

...where's it at?

All too common in everyday use by people who ought to be skilled in proper English.

Lots of poor grammer is used by the Associated Press. Why should Visa knuckleheads be any better?

I would assume that if they did send out email messages their marketing department and legal departments would review the message since it would most likely be a form email.
