|
|
Someone I recently met at a church gig emailed me to ask if I can help his trumpet students out, but since I am committed to my 9-5 job, I unfortunately had to turn him down. If any of you in the area (Cranford, NJ) are interested, please PM me.
Mods, sorry if this is the wrong place...just move it to where it should be...thanks.

Quote: | Hi. I'm Dan, we met on a gig with Cliff Parish at the chuch in Chatham (I
was playing percussion). I'm looking for a trumpet player to work with my
middle school band students. I received a grant of $500 to hire a
professional to come 8 times to sit in on lessons and/or rehearsals to model
for students, share ideas, etc. There is some flexibility as far as
scheduling is concerned. Last year we had a tuba player and a clarinetist
come in, and they each came one day a week in the mornings from 8:15-11:20.
We also have band rehearsals in the morning starting at 7:30, so if it works
for your schedule that's also a possibility. If you needed to miss a day we
can always schedule around it, so there is plenty of leeway. |
