Many people have asked me where to get this stuff that Doc so highly recommened.
I ordered it from Publix Supermarket in Hollwood Fl. The manager told me all he needed was the name, adress and the bar code.
Name: Mifflin Wintergreen Alcohol
Adress:The Mifflin Co. Philadelphia Pa. 19103
Bar Code: 41524 00002
I ordered a case of it about two months ago. I think it cost me about fifteen or sixteen bucks. For over twenty years I've been keeping a small bottle of it in my trumpet case. Doc said it was good for cleaning the pore oil off your chops as well as for minor swelling and a poor vibrating surface.
Put a little on a paper towel or a handkerchief and wipe your chops AND the rim of your mouthpiece.
Try it once and you'll be hooked! It gives you an amazing grip.

Chris;
Thanks for the information.
Now if Mifflin will sell out here in "Buffalo Country" I will be a happy camper. Doc used to say Mifflin Wintergreen or Lime rubbing alcohol.
"No substitute for Mifflin."
Is the Lime version still available??????????
