If it is the one with the cornet wrap, I have heard that they aren't too special (read good). For $1100 there are a lot of nice 'proven' flugs to be had. lots of choices for that dough.
My 2 cents. _________________ ‘20 Schilke Xa1 Cornet

It'll probably be a good collectors item. _________________ "What's the point of playing if you can't improvise?"

I bought one a few years back. The pitch is absolutely horrible, but after someone on here sent me an ebay listing where one of those went for nearly $3000.00 , I decided to hang onto it and put it towards my kid's college tuition.

Yeah I saw Dillon's selling that one a while back and had wondered myself. I think the valve section looks like a trumpet valve section .. with the bell being the major difference in the whole thing. _________________ Bb - Yamaha Xeno 8335RGS

I played this horn recently ... was curious if it was nicer/better than my vintage F. Besson (Paris).
It sucked.
