The problem is the sources I ordered from Interlibraryloan and such are NOT helpful in the least
If anyone can help me please do

Thanks...any information would be helpful!!
pm me, im me, repsond here....whatever is most convenient
now...off to work...if there's time later i MAY just "pull and emily" (bet that hasnt been done here in ages)

This is not a solution Emily but what the heck.

Ship you via UPS a case of "Olive oil" from BR Cohn Winery. http://www.brcohn.com/

Was just over there 2day on business. Marvelous place.

Well they really DO make olive oil too.

Again: Not a solution but something to do...

Well...it's a start and better than a stick in the eye...

Musique Heroique

If I come up with more, I'll edit it in here.

I'm a drunk, so I'd definitely be of much more help, or so I'd lead myself to believe in my delusions of grandeur.

Kidding though, kidding! I'm sober, and am also absolutely of no value when it comes to this specific issue.

i have the international music print version and the ghitalla/come recording.
the original title is 'heldenmusik', isn't it?

check the 'new groves'. if your school has neither print vols. nor online to it, you can get a free online 24 hour personal preview, at which time you can print off what ever articles you need for review.

You may wish to consult Donald Smither's "Histrory of the Baroque Trumpet.

I have not read the book in over 30 years but I' sure its still in print.

Unfortunately, I am in Europe and cannot consult the information that you desire.

Perhaps someone else has access to that book.

best of luck

Emily,

This is a bit unusual, but see if your teacher will allow liner notes from CDs as legitimate sources. Find as many recordings as you can and see what you can uncover. Try googling "Telemann Heroic Music Program Notes" or "Telemann Heroic Music Liner Notes" and see what you come up with. Check your school's music library recordings and see if they have some copies.
