I am a newby to this forum, so forgive me if my question has already been addressed elsewhere.
I gather there is a book called "Courting the Upper Register/ A Melodic approach to High Note Playing.
Can anybody provide details of the publisher/when published/ISDN no. etc. so that I might try to track it down.
Any opinions on the content would laso be appreciated.
Thanks. Alan
