I have only been playing the trumpet for a few years. How can I achieve my best sound quality? How can I play the high notes and with a good sound? What can I do so that I won't become tired after only 20 minutes?

Get a private teacher, and practice. All the things you mentioned require time and patience. Where do you live? I'm sure someone on the board can direct you to a good private teacher in your area. (Unless you have one already, and then you're halfway there!)
