I believe that I will need a bridge on my front (top) teeth very soon. I'm looking for anyone who has played for a while before having a bridge done (I've played for 32 years now). My concern is obvious -- the air might now pass up & over the bridge, and with the new profile of the teeth (they'll make them straighter with the bridge as well) I'm worried that I'll have to learn to play all over again with a new embouchure.

Thanks for any help!!!

Unless you want them straighter, have a mold made, then have your OD match your current bite as closely as possible to minimize relearninging time. FWIW - Don
