TH Search Function

I would like to do a Search for topics dealing with the Schilke 12 mouthpiece. When I try a search, I get about 8,000 hits on everything BUT a Schilke 12. I tried typing in "Schilke AND 12" and limited the search to Mouthpieces but I still seem to get every mouthpiece post ever recorded!

This Search function used to work fine a long time ago. Is there something new about it or do I need to change some security setting on my computer?

The search function has it's limitations. For some reason it doesn't want to search for words two letters or less, so search for Schilke 12 will ignore the 12 part and just bring you Schilke, which is why your overloaded on irrelevant results.

Try using Google. Type this into the search field (include the "talking marks")

site:www.trumpetherald.com "Schilke 12"

The search function is part of the underlying BBS code. Nothing we (or the sysadmin) can do about it, sorry.
