Are the Trumpet Herald servers overloaded or what??

For two weeks now, I've had a very slow loading of this website and all the individual pages on the site as well at different hours of the day and night (20 seconds or more on broadband).
"Trumpet Master" and every other site loads normally--just this site has a problem. This is the kind of thing I see when servers are bogged down by too many hits. Is this the case?

Cache is empty. Took me about 4 minutes and 5 tries to load this page. I used Neotrace to see what blockages are along the way and the speed slows down dramatically in Chicago---the power of CHicago brass??
Seriously, for whatever reason this site is the only one I'm having trouble with---whatever!

I also am not having any problems and I check TH frequently.
