She’s not pretty but she plays very well. Lightning fast gets in valves and all slides move. Very good compression. This horn has had a lot of wear and tear. I didn’t see any evidence of red rot and I’d say the lacquer is about 20% left. if you have a kid just starting out, this will be the perfect horn for them and you won’t have to make a $2000 investment on something they may quitting. Also a back up for anybody that needs one.
