| Up for sale is a Conn 36B Connstellation from around 1964. This one is in really good condition with no major signs of past repair or trauma. Lacquer is starting to flake off in a few spots but the nickel is still 100%. Some slight signs of wear on the tuning slide but nothing serious. The 36B has a smaller bell and lighter weight braces compared to the 38B. The 36B is famously used by Brian MacDonald and MANY other lead players on the scene. This one has a valve alignment and is a phenomenal player. Ones like this are rare. Sound is similar to a 38B but can light up much easier and is a much easier blow over the long haul. Price includes shipping and insurance to the lower 48. More pictures available upon request. |
