Made in conjunction with Maurice Andre, the Selmer Radial trumpet is one of the coolest sleeper trumpets out there, due to its radial valve cluster, 462 bore and 5" bell. For ergonomic reasons, the first and third valves precisely formed an angle of 2° with the vertical - the same angle followed by the fingers in the movement of closing. This model was played for a while by Clark Terry, Maurice Andre, Woody Shaw, among many other players. It is also known for have a fat dark sound, due in part to its big 5" bell.
Purchased this directly from Thompson Music in December 2023, I am looking for a Bach 43/43 if you would be interested in a trade.
