I play a Martin Committee trumpet (c. 1954) and a Yamaha 6310z flugelhorn, and use mouthpieces by Mark Curry.
I consider my most influential teachers to have been Laurie Frink, Larry Engstrom, Tom Peron, and Vince Penzarella (trumpet); and Kenny Werner, John McNeil, and Steve Lacy (improvistation). |
