i'm going on a two week trip to china during my spring break and i was wondering what i could do to keep my chops in shape. i'm taking my mouthpiece and i was wondering what kind of exercises i could do with it to keep my lips in shape during my trip. thanks!

James Thompson wrote a book on mouthpiece buzzing that seems to be very popular... I'm not sure what it's called or where to get it.. but I'm sure someone here on the trumpet herald knows more about it.

I just searched for it on google and it's called Buzzing Basics. I've done a couple exercises out of it, but it's been a few years ago.. I don't remember much, but it's supposed to be very good.
