Is anyone else having a problem logging in? I'm having to log in on each post and each edit.
Thanks,

I haven't experienced that. Maybe your cookies are turned off. You can check under Internet Options.

I still cannot log in as usual. I think I have everything right.
If you recieve this then my user name and password work. I don't know how to contact you except through a post which is fine with me. I have my computer guru coming over this weekend and I will have him check things out on my end.
Thanks for your response and all your work on this site.

I just tried login three times to no avail, but same username and password worked to make this post.
On 6/21/02 login still unsucessful! A deliberate wrong password gets a message stating wrong password try again. But the proper password gets nothing!
On 6/22/02 login still unsuccessful!
On 6/24/02 still can't login!
On 6/25/02 still can't login!
On 6/26/02 still no luck!

I have tried to login almost daily since this issue came up and am still unsuccessful. I emailed the webmaster, but have received no response. I also notice when I check to see who is browsing there are not many logged in. I wonder if the reason is that they can't? _________________ Ed Taylor . . . a Messianic gentile |

Ed,
Your's is the same problem I am still having. I can login to make a post but if I want to edit I have to login again.
I can login to change my profile if I want. I can also login to change my preferences but I cannot get the "store cookies option" to stay on.
I think that may be the problem. Everything used to be fine. I had my computer guru look at it and he doesn't understand why I cannot just login.
If I find out anything I'll let you know. If anyone out there has an answer please let us know.
Thanks,
Phil

I'm looking into this issue - hang in there. Not sure yet what's happening...
Update July 1: I made some coding changes. Let me know if the issue is improved or corrected ... thanks.

TH Sys Admin,
I was able to login, but after a bit of browsing it was lost. I did it again and the same thing happened after approx three screens. _________________ Ed Taylor . . . a Messianic gentile |

me too. I thought it was because I'm usually on here at work - behind a firewall, but here at home it's just as bad. Just flat out can't log in. Bummer dude. I sure know how to type my name though... _________________ Nicholas Dyson

OK, I spent some more time tinkering with the code.

While things have worked for me at work (Win2K, IE6.x) and home (Win98SE, IE5.5x), today at home I have to log in all the time. Each time I post, I have to log in, and when I'm returned to the thread, I'm logged out again!

Don,
Mine worked briefly but is back to stupid again. I'm a trumpet player not a computer guru. Beats me.
Best of luck,
