Technically, this thing is a harmonica, with some extra plumbing for appearance's sake. Player harmonicas (called Rolmonicas or similar) are not that uncommon - this is the first trumpet-shaped one I've seen. As a harmonica player as well as a trumpeter, I'm doubly appalled. (especially at that price!)
