Purchased new by me January 2008, this horn is in perfect condition. Essentially a B&S made Bach clone with a custom designed Blackburn leadpipe, then cryogenically frozen. Tweaked by Jim Becker back when Osmun was still in Arlington, and he convinced me to get the more open feeling rounded tuning slide. Original D-shaped slide is also included, as are the original case, unused Blackburn Sonare 3C mouthpiece, Sonare pencil and literature.

This is one of the early German-made instruments before Blessing took over manufacturing. Discussion here:

Likely due to the long leadpipe, this plays more like a Bb trumpet. Would be a great option for someone who mostly plays Bb and occasionally needs a C trumpet as the transition would be easier to just pick up and play.
